TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Winner must be pre-registered in order to win (pre-registration at
http://www.napalmmotorsports.com/custompage.asp?pg=contest).
A verification e-mail will be sent to entry applicant and a hardcopy of the e-mail verification must be presented by applicant in order to win.
2) Winner is announced on March 30th and 31st, 2012 (Date is subject to change due to poor weather conditions).
3) Winner must be present in order to win.
4) Winner has 15 minutes to claim prize. If winner doesn't claim prize in 15 minutes, another winner is announced later on in the day (This is done a total of 3 different times with 3 different people).
5) Napalm reserves the right to choose street bike prize depending on future inventory. If customer prefers an alternate bike, an up-charge may apply.
6) 5,000 miles maximum; $0.25 per mile afterwards.
7) Prize is honored from Memorial Day to Labor Day 2012.
8) Winner must be over 21 years of age or older.
9) Winner must provide valid motorcycle endorsement.
10) Winner must have full coverage motorcycle insurance and must provide proof of insurance at any time or bike must be returned.
11) Winner must wear helmet and full cycle gear at all times.
12) If winner gets injured riding bike, Napalm Motorsports and Anytime Fitness is not responsible.
13) If bike is not returned in the same condition, winner is responsible for all repairs.
14) Winner is responsible for a $500 refundable deposit on major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).
